If you have any difficulty redeeming or using your Discount / Voucher Code, please contact us before placing your order so that we may help you resolve the issue promptly.
If you place an order and then decide it is not what you want, as a buyer you can return your goods to the seller for a full refund up to 28 days.
We offer a full refund on any items that are returned within 28 days of purchase. Prior to returning an item, it must be securely packaged and sent back at your expense. If the return is made after 28 days, refunds will not apply.
If a product arrives faulty, we will always replace it. We offer this guarantee to address any inconvenience and want your shopping experience with us to be the best possible. Upon the arrival of faulty goods, please contact us right away so arrangements can be made for new item delivery. Faults will not be accepted if products have been misused or abused International deliveries of faulty goods will be refunded upon receipt of photographic evidence of damage.

Some orders are dispatched via courier and require a signature. If you want your parcel to be left in a safe place (ie. Behind bins, or with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box at the end of placing your order to avoid extra charges. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left
We will not refund returned items that we deem to have been used and are not in their original packaging or packaged as we sent out. You will have to arrange collection from us.
