Delivery is free on every order over £60. Below that it is a flat £6.99, however many items you order.
You will see the cost at checkout before you pay. There is nothing added afterwards.
We deliver to UK addresses only. We are not able to ship overseas at the moment.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Our courier charges more to reach these areas and we pass that on at cost rather than build it into everyone's prices. Delivery there is a flat £16.99 on any order, and the free delivery threshold does not apply. Checkout works this out from your postcode, so you will always see the right figure before you pay.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays.
Most orders arrive sooner. We give the longer window because our pieces come direct from our supplier rather than sitting in a warehouse of our own, and we would rather be honest about the wait than promise you something we cannot control.
If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, email us at [email protected] and we will chase it for you.
Orders are sent by courier. Some deliveries need a signature, so it helps if someone can be there. Larger pieces such as floor vases and lamps come well packed, and it is worth having a second pair of hands for the heaviest.
If you would rather the parcel was left somewhere safe, a porch, a shed, or with a neighbour, tell us in the comments box at checkout. We will pass it on to the courier.
Please note that once a parcel has been left where you asked, we cannot take responsibility for it going missing. Goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us.
If the courier cannot deliver and the parcel comes back, we may need to pass on the cost of a second delivery attempt. Adding safe place instructions at checkout usually avoids this.
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with a photo, and keep the packaging. We will put it right at no cost to you. See our Returns page for how that works.
