If something is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange to collect it and refund you. No explanation needed. You do not have to have a reason.
Buying home decor online is hard: colours shift between screens and a piece can look different in your own room than it did in a photograph. So if it is not for you, just say.
For a change of mind, the collection cost is deducted from your refund. It is the same as our delivery charge for the item, £6.99 for most pieces and up to £14.99 for the heaviest, and we tell you the exact figure before you decide. We refund the price you paid for the item and the delivery you paid, minus that collection cost.
Our pieces ship direct from our supplier's warehouse, so please do not post anything back to us. An item that has not come back through the arranged collection cannot be refunded.
We can only refund items that come back in their original packaging and in the condition we sent them. We cannot refund something that has been used or is no longer saleable.
That will not cost you anything.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or two of the damage, and keep all the packaging. We arrange a free collection and send a replacement, or refund you in full if you would rather. Please do not throw the packaging away, and do not move the item to another address before it has been collected, as our courier cannot collect it from anywhere else.
Please check your delivery when it arrives. We have a very short window with our supplier to report damage in transit, which is why we ask you to tell us within 48 hours.
We cannot accept a fault where an item has been misused or damaged after delivery.
Many of our items are made or finished by hand, so slight variations in size, tone and finish are part of what they are rather than a fault. All measurements are approximate and given in centimetres.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and that is the window we work to. Faulty goods are covered separately by the Consumer Rights Act, whatever the date.
